ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment

Hi all,

Recently we have restored our database. Post Restoration we are getting an error message. Please find below the error message.

The system was working fine before restoration.

DBIF_SETG_SQL_ERROR

Database error text........: "ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment

number with name "" too small#ORA-22924: snapshot too old"

Internal call code.........: "[SETG/GET /DWTREE ]"

Please check the entries in the system log (Transaction SM21).

DBIF_RTAB_SQL_ERROR

Database error text........: "ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments:

[ktspfupdst-1], [], [], [], [], [], [], []"

Internal call code.........: "[RTAB/UPD /DWTREE ]"

Please check the entries in the system log (Transaction SM21).

We are currently on ECC Ehp4, Oracle 10.2.0.4, Linux
